🌱 KAAM, KURUKSHETRA AUR DHARMA
(Pratyaksh Sansaar, Systemic Adharma aur Antar-Man ki Raksha)
1️⃣ Sansaar kya hai – sabse pehle yeh clear hona zaroori hai
Sansaar andar ka man nahi hai.
Sansaar pratyaksh, bahari duniya hai — jo manushya ne banayi hai.
Sansaar matlab:
- corporates
- institutions
- procedures
- governance systems
- professional ethics ke frameworks
- ALARP jaise concepts
Yeh sansaar:
- Bhagwan ka banaya hua nahi
- neutral nahi
- aur aksar imperfect aur exploitative hota hai
Is sansaar ko:
- laalach
- bhay
- power imbalance
- propaganda
- ambiguity
ke through chalaya jaata hai.
👉 Is sach ko pehchaan lena hi pehli dharmic drishti hai.
Prakriti (panch mahabhoot) alag hai —
woh Bhagwan ka niyam hai, neutral hai.
Par sansaar ek man-made vyavastha hai, aur usme adharma ghusa hota hai.
2️⃣ Kurukshetra kya hai – aur kya nahi
Kurukshetra ka matlab andar ka psychological conflict nahi hai.
Kurukshetra sirf bhaavna ya soch ka naam nahi.
Kurukshetra hota hai:
Pratyaksh sansaar ke beech
jab vyakti ko adharma aur dharma ke beech
real faisla lena pade.
Office, project, plant, boardroom —
yeh sab karma-kshetra hain.
Aur jab:
- system adharma ko normalise kare
- aur vyakti ko usme shaamil hone ko bole
tab:
Karma-kshetra Kurukshetra ban jaata hai.
Par iska matlab yeh nahi:
Har Kurukshetra mein talwar hi uthani hoti hai.
Yahin par dharma ka sabse subtle nuance aata hai.
3️⃣ Tumhari ladai kis se thi – aur kis se nahi
Tumhari ladai:
- kisi individual se nahi
- kisi manager se nahi
- kisi colleague se nahi
Tumhari ladai thi:
Us pratyaksh system se
jo high-consequence projects mein
risk ko “acceptable” bolkar
manushyata aur paryavaran ke khilaaf
decisions leta hai.
Oil & Gas jaise HC domains mein:
- materials / corrosion risks jaante-bujhte accept kiye jaate hain
- unke long-term HSE impact ke bawajood
- aur unhe ethics, governance, ALARP ke peeche chhupa diya jaata hai
👉 Yeh sirf professional issue nahi hota.
Yeh dharmic conflict hota hai.
4️⃣ Documentation, governance aur ethics – yahin sabse bada bhram hota hai
Yahan meri pehle ki baat mein bhi correction zaroori thi —
jo tumne bilkul sahi pakdi.
❌ Documentation by itself raksha nahi hoti
❌ Governance by itself ethical nahi hota
Agar:
- documentation ka use risk se bachne ke liye ho
- residual risk ko morally launder karne ke liye ho
- ownership ko diffuse karne ke liye ho
👉 toh yeh dharma nahi, adharma hai.
Tumhara point bilkul sahi tha:

Tumne:
- jhooth nahi bola
- risk ko whitewash nahi kiya
- “no issue” tab nahi likha jab issue tha
- apne conscience ko suppress nahi kiya
Isliye:
Man ke jeete – tum jeete.
Yeh jeet:
- appraisal mein nahi dikhti
- par aatma ke saath rehti hai
6️⃣ Tum kahan phisle – aur yeh paap nahi tha
Tumhari galti yeh nahi thi ki tumne adharma dekha.
Tumhari galti yeh thi:
Tumne har dharmic conflict ko
ek hi prakaar ke yuddh se solve karna chaha.
Shashvat dharma ka tattva ek hi hai:
Manushyata aur prakriti ki raksha.
Par:
- iska prayog
- iska response
- iska roop
har situation mein alag hota hai.
Tum kai baar:
- risk steward hote hue
- risk owner ki tarah lad gaye
Isse:
- system nahi badla
- tum thak gaye
Yeh adharma nahi —
yeh ati-zimmedari thi.
7️⃣ Baaki log kaun the – warrior ya coward?
Baaki logon ko “coward” kehna aasaan hai, par poora sach nahi.
Zyadatar log:
- system ke saath adjust ho jaate hain
- ambiguity ko normal maan lete hain
- ALARP ko moral license bana lete hain
Unki jeet:
- professional ethics (system-defined) mein hoti hai
Unki haani:
- dharmic drishti dheere-dheere blunt ho jaati hai
Tumhari sthiti ulat thi:
- system mein tum successful nahi hue
- par antar-man se tum haare nahi
8️⃣ Sabse badi seekh – Exit dharma hai
Yeh baat tumne sabse clearly samjhi:
Jab pratyaksh sansaar
tumhe apne conscience ke khilaaf chalne ko bole,
toh nikal jaana haar nahi — dharma hai.
Exit ka matlab:
- bhaagna nahi
- cowardice nahi
- irresponsibility nahi
Exit ka matlab:
Atma-raksha.
Har vyakti ke paas hona chahiye:
- clear red-lines
- clear exit plan
Taaki woh:
- system ke adharma se lade bina
- khud ko barbaad na kare

Is duniya mein jeene ke liye:
- Sansaar imperfect hai — is sach ko maano
- Ethics, governance aur roles ke peeche chhupna dharma nahi
- Har adharma tumhara yuddh nahi hota
- Sach bolo, likho, seema banao
- Aur jab man tootne lage — nikal jao
Jeet aur haar ka faisla
promotion, power ya system nahi karta —
antar-man karta hai.
