Change Management vs. Establishing in Truth
(Education, Politics and the Youth Question — from India to the World)
1. India’s Dilemma: Education and Politics
भारत में आज का education system और politics youth को सिखाते हैं:
- Adjust करो, conform करो, survival secure करो।
- Truth-seeking या authentic values की जगह marks, jobs और slogans central हो गए हैं।
👉 नतीजा: rebellion reactive और shallow हो रहा है।
2. America: George Floyd Protests
2020 में अमेरिका में George Floyd की मौत के बाद youth सड़कों पर उतर आए।
- Millions ने racism और injustice के खिलाफ़ आवाज़ उठाई।
- पर जल्दी ही politics और media ने उस movement को divide कर दिया—identity politics और slogans ने truth की core को overshadow कर दिया।
👉 कई youth सचमुच justice चाहते थे, पर system ने उनके rebellion को polarisation और agenda में बदल दिया।
3. Middle East: The Arab Spring
2011 में अरब देशों में youth-led protests शुरू हुए।
- Unemployment, corruption और repression से परेशान youth ने change की मांग उठाई।
- पर जब political forces ने takeover किया, rebellion chaos और civil wars में बदल गया।
👉 Truth की खोज की जगह power struggle dominant हो गया।
4. Lessons from Global Youth Movements
- Peer pressure और frustration rebellion को ignite कर सकते हैं।
- लेकिन अगर education और politics truth-oriented नहीं हैं, तो rebellion hollow और easily manipulated बन जाता है।
Modern philosopher Zygmunt Bauman ने कहा था:
“In liquid modernity, rebellion without truth becomes a spectacle, not a transformation.”
5. Back to India: RSS, Education and Social Media
भारत में भी यही dynamics दिखते हैं:
- RSS और political outfits ने villages में decades से narratives और identity build किए।
- COVID के बाद migrant youth जब गांव लौटे, तो उन्होंने system की वास्तविकता देखी और सोशल मीडिया से alternative truths खोजने लगे।
👉 Education और politics दोनों उन्हें change management में push कर रहे हैं, लेकिन social media ने उनकी आंखें truth की ओर भी खोल दी हैं।
6. The Real Crossroad
आज youth के सामने साफ़ सवाल खड़ा है:
- Change management = adjust to system, survive, repeat slogans।
- Establishing in truth = authentic values, modesty, respect, justice और fearless inquiry।
7. Closing Reflection
चाहे अमेरिका हो या भारत, youth rebellion तभी transformative होगा जब वह truth से जुड़ा हो।
- बिना truth के, rebellion hollow spectacle बन जाता है।
- Truth के साथ, rebellion authentic revolution बन सकता है।
👉 Change management जरूरी है, पर truth foundation के बिना यह सिर्फ़ superficial adjustment है।
👉 Real transformation तभी possible है जब youth अपने चित्त में बैठी सत्य की शक्ति को establish करें।
